The location of Hej Taipei Arena was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere at night and a vibrant atmosphere during the day. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, nothing extravagant but satisfying. The staff was helpful in resolving any issues, including double charges. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and was conveniently located near public transportation.
There was one drawback that stood out during our stay. When we inquired about this, we were told that none of the rooms actually had views of Taipei 101, contradicting the photos in the listing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were impressive, including the availability of complimentary water bottles in the room. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day.

The breakfast had a decent amount of options to choose from, which is always a plus. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was clean upon our arrival, which was a relief.
The noise level in the hotel was unbearable at times. We could hear other guests talking loudly in the hallway, and the night lights in the room were way too bright and kept us up at night.

The hotel had great amenities including a washing machine and complimentary bottled water in the room daily. It was also in a very convenient location with many bus stops and train stations nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The sound insulation could have been better as I could hear noise from the hallway in the morning. there was a bit of confusion when we arrived early and were charged a fee to check in even though our room was already available.
